4881 NW 8th Ave, Suite 4, Gainesville FL 32605 ; if approaching south on 75, turn left on the Newberry Rd exit, then travel east toward 8th ave. Take a left onto 8th avenue, then look for the large green sign that says "4881 building" - it will be on your right. If approaching north on 75, turn right on Newberry Rd, then follow above instructions. Our office is toward the back of the parking lot.
